为统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展，经主办单位同意，第十六届中国（深圳）国际文化产业博览交易会（以下简称“文博会”）以“云上文博会”形式举办，不再举办线下展会，时间待定。
云上文博会将高标准打造云开幕、云展厅、云招商、云签约、云大数据等线上平台，通过展会服务及产业交易对接模式创新，丰富展示形式和内容，并模拟线下文博会场景，在云上平台设置文化产业综合馆等十大展馆。同时，配套举办洽谈对接、项目推介、线上签约等活动，打造集展示、交易、交流、互动于一体的网上展会新平台、国际化文化产业项目及产品展示交易平台。为帮助文化企业应对疫情冲击，促进产业平稳健康发展，云上文博会不收取参展费用。

Announcement of the 16th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair：Fair moves online
To whom it may concern,
Affected by the COVID-19, in order to promote economic development, the 16th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ICIF’) will be held online instead of the offline exhibition.
The 16th ICIF will build high-standard online platforms with Cloud Opening, Cloud Exhibition Hall, Cloud Investment Promotion, Cloud Signing, Cloud Big Data, etc., through the innovation of exhibition services and industrial transaction docking models, to enrich the display form and content. The online ICIF will set up ten major exhibition halls. At the same time, supporting activities such as negotiation and business matching, project promotion, and online signing will be held to create a new platform for online exhibitions, international cultural industry projects, and product trading that integrate displaying, trading, communication, and interaction. In order to help cultural enterprises cope with the impact of the epidemic and promote the stable and healthy development of the industry, the ‘Online ICIF’ will not charge exhibition fees.
