Shenzhen’s 2nd intangible cultural heritage arts exchange week

With “cultural Shenzhen” as its theme, it features hand-crocheted artifacts and relevant skills, a photo contest, a straw painting show and demonstration of tea art and traditional musical instruments. This event is supposed to raise visitors’ awareness of Futian’s intangible culture heritage as well as to promote the district’s unique assets in culture.

Exchange Exhibition of China-U.S. College Students Design Works

Organized by Chuanglong Corporate Image Design Co. Ltd., the event comprises three parts: display of design works, a seminar on art education and exchanges of design students. The displayed design works come from students of School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Maryland Institute College of Art, SVA NYC, China Academy of Art, Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, Hubei Institute of Fine Arts and some Shenzhen-based schools of arts.

Show of Dali-style designs and Dali’s paintings

Organized by the Shenzhen Pulandi Marketing Co. Ltd., the event features a show of Dali’s paintings, a seminar entitled “art and fashion,” a review of art-inspired fashion around the world, a ceremony for Shenzhen fashion trainees’ overseas study tour, and a show of fashion designs featuring Dali elements.

With world-renowned painter Dali as the centerpiece, this event also displays design and painting works of local artists. Being creative and international, this event is expected to be well received by the visitors.

The 2nd Shenzhen International Auto Art Festival

Organized by Shenzhen Lache Media, the festival introduces international auto culture to the audiences, with elements from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Europe and the United States. It will also help to raise the profile of Shenzhen as an auto city. The festival features a race of vintage cars, a parade of luxury cars and a show of refitted cars. As Shenzhen is an auto-making city, some new technologies and products will be showcased at the festival.
